My approach.

Big or Small. Global or Local.  To create a real impact I have to understand what really drives your business. Companies that know what they stand for, with clear written goals, a defined sense of direction, an aligned team, and a clear ‘plan of attack’ accomplish far more in a shorter period of time than companies without them could ever imagine. Sometimes you need a neutral outsider to help you define the road ahead.

STEP 1:
WHAT IS YOUR UNIQUE DNA?

We have in-depth conversations about your short-term and long-term business goals and what your company stands for. A deep understanding of the goals and values is essential to deliver a real impact for your organization. What are the pains and gains of the markets you serve? Who are the decision-makers? What are their specific desires and worries?

STEP 2:
LET'S BE FRANK!

Next up are the hard questions: What are you already doing? What is bringing you results? Are you setting yourself up for failure in certain areas? Are there any missed market opportunities?  Which internal processes need to change to create real impact? How is the collaboration in the team? Are people being challenged enough? 

STEP 3:
WHAT’S IN IT FOR THEM?

Based on all the conversations, we have a hard look at the value proposition, tweak where necessary and create a messaging strategy for each market segment, a slide deck that will help your salespeople bring in the best customers and make all marketing operations run smoothly (PR, web copy, blogs, exhibitions, presentations, etc.) This is where my years of experience in different industries come into play.

STEP 4:
SET-UP FOR IMPACT

This is followed by a thought-out strategic marketing plan and budget focused on process improvement, collaboration, and data quality so we can achieve your business goals. This might mean a new branding, a new website, new booklets, a new digital approach, etc.

STEP 5:
EXECUTE, TEST, ANALYSE, ADAPT, REPEAT

In a true growth mindset, we keep an eye on the data and sales to see if the plan delivers as expected. If needed we tweak and adapt for optimal results.
