My ideal consulting customer.

• At least €2,5 million in revenue or funding.

• Has a dedicated marketing budget of at least 150.000 euro (that also has to pay me ;)) because we will need a budget for potentially rebranding, a new website, content creation, videos, events, advertising, purchasing software, etc.

• I always work in direct collaboration with the CEO and other C-level managers. I cannot create enough impact without these direct lines.

• Willing and able to create at a rapid speed.

• Willing to have the uncomfortable conversations that come with it.

• Willing to question the current way of working.

• High integrity and strong ethical values. We will treat suppliers and employees correctly. We will deal with data ethically. No shady stuff on my watch ;-)

• In order to create real impact I mostly work 5 months to 1,5 years at a company.
