In five weeks we can achieve a lot. Total focus leads to fast changes. This is excellent for those that are in the midst of a go-to market, a challenging project or are facing some scaling pains. If you are just looking for a sounding board for your daily activities, we can make it a 2-weekly session. There should be some momentum to create real impact.
1-hour session per week/2 weeks over Zoom (or Teams). If you want, I can record the session and make it available to you.

For Belgian companies: €1150 + 21% VAT = €1391.5 (VAT is deductible)
For non-Belgian companies within the EU: €1150, you pay the tax in your own country.
For companies outside the EU: €1183.35 (2,9% transaction fee), VAT is exempt. That is $1.397

We start with a 30-minute intro call first where I get a bit more understanding of you and your business. It also allows you to see how you feel around me. In short, it allows us to make sure that we are the right fit for each other. Please send an email or Linkedin message to set this up.

The difference with consulting.
When you hire me as a consultant, you will give me a business challenge and I will work on it for days to months to figure out the challenge. I will be the one doing the execution, fine-tuning everything until it’s perfect. With mentoring, I will set out goals with you, but the execution of the work is done by you. And you can rely on me for feedback or new insights. When our session ends, the work ends for me.
The difference with business coaching.
As a mentor with 15-years of hands-on specific business knowledge, I bring my own professional experience and insights to the conversation.
A business coach doesn’t necessarily have hands-on experience and will use questioning techniques to unlock your knowledge and help you find new ways to apply it whilst motivating you.

I will guarantee that I will always show up on time. If, for some unforeseen reason, I can’t make it to the call or will be later, I will inform you asap. However, this is a very rare occurrence. I expect the same respect from you.
